April 20, 2015 — Sen. Joe Manchin (D-WV) was looking everything like a gubernatorial candidate, but he announced yesterday that he won’t run in the West Virginia 2016 governor’s race.
Instead, he will remain in the Senate and will seek re-election in 2018.
